Description: LUNGOR by Matteus Blad is a work of twelve songs in three parts, blending music and text into a moving whole about breathing, feeling, and holding on to life – in grief, love, hope, and resistance.
The work navigates between the intimate and the collective, with choral textures and finely woven arrangements for voice and chamber ensemble, taking the audience through life’s bright and dark spaces.
LUNGOR is a celebration of human fragility and courage, a reminder of the power to keep breathing no matter what happens.
